The fastest way to reach RikoGames is by email at support@rikogames.com. There is no contact form to fill in and no ticket number to wait for — just write to us and we will reply.

We aim to answer within two business days. Messages about a broken game or a factually wrong guide are prioritised, because those affect everyone who visits the page.

Report a Broken Game

Browser games are hosted by third-party platforms, and occasionally a game stops loading or gets removed by its publisher. If a game on RikoGames will not start, please tell us:

• The name of the game and the page URL.
• What happens when you press play — a blank frame, an error message, or nothing at all.
• Your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone.
• Whether it also fails in a private browsing window.

Suggest a Game or a Tip

If there is a game you think belongs in the catalog, send us the name and a link. We play every suggestion before deciding, and we add titles that fit the site's focus on quick, learnable browser games.

If you have a strategy that is missing from a guide — a better route, a timing trick, an upgrade order that works — send it over. Reader contributions are credited in the guide when we use them.

Corrections and Accuracy

Guides are written from hands-on play, but games get updated and mechanics change. If something on a page no longer matches how the game behaves, tell us which page and which paragraph and we will re-check it.

We would rather fix a page than defend it, so corrections are always welcome and always taken seriously.

Copyright and Takedown Requests

RikoGames does not host game files. Games are embedded from their distribution platforms and remain the property of their developers and publishers. If you own rights to content that appears on this site and you believe it should not be here, email us with the page URL and a short description of your rights, and we will review it promptly.

Where a valid request is received we remove the embedded content rather than argue about it.

Advertising and Partnerships

For advertising, sponsorship or partnership enquiries, use the same address and put the word Partnership in the subject line so it reaches the right place.

We do not accept paid placement that changes a game's ranking, and we do not publish sponsored guides that pretend to be editorial.

What We Cannot Help With

We are an independent fan site, not the developer or publisher of any game listed here. That means we cannot restore a lost save file, recover an in-game purchase, unlock an account, or fix a bug inside a game.
